Neon Blue (Fluorescent Series)

Neon colors are meant to be their best selves under black (UV) light. These paints can make for a trippy fun effect! Or they can be used to pack a bright punch in normal lighting. Just as vibrant on black or white paper, these creamy matte colors don’t contain any mica glitter.

Neon Blue is a soft, more subtle neon color that goes on lighter and dries darker. Moderation is key with this one! It is heavily pigmented and a tiny bit can go a loooong way.
