- Due to all paints being handmade in small batches, not all will look exactly the same and there may be some slight variations in appearance or volume. All items are original and handmade.
- Each paint pan is overfilled to maximize your product’s life and provide you with as much paint as possible. Each pan of paint is uniquely made and thus volumes may vary negligibly.

It is a natural part of the process for minor imperfections such as bubbles or cracks to form in your paints. These are a natural part of the process and do not affect the quality or performance of the product. I will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for minor imperfections.
However, if you ever have any concerns about your order, please do reach out and we will work it out to the best of our ability. Our main goal is your satisfaction!
- I try to represent the photos as accurately as possible with an overkill variety of lighting angles, but colors on monitors and mobile devices may vary. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
- Due to fluctuations in shipping patterns, shipping times may vary and your package may be delayed. Once the package is out of my hands, the shipping times are out of my control. If you need to make any changes, please contact me before the package is shipped out. Once the package is shipped, I cannot make changes to your order and do not accept returns or exchanges. I am not responsible for reaching out to the carrier service for updates. However, if you have concerns about your shipment, feel free to reach out. Thank you for understanding.
- We need the correct address! Auto-fill can be tricky so please double check your address. If your package doesn’t arrive due to the incorrect address being input, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. If it makes it back to us, you have the option of paying for shipping again and we will ship to your correct address.
- Shipping is auto tracked with the exception of stickers. Your tracking number will be sent to you once I ship your order. Please note the tracking number may take a few days to update or activate.
- We know how unlucky things can be sometimes. If you are one of the unlucky ones that receives a truly damaged product or never receives a product at all, please reach out! We will look into the issue immediately. This will be different for every case, but our goal is for you to be satisfied at the end. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- Caution: Some metallic/glittery or large particle paints can fray brush hairs. I do not recommend using your favorite or most expensive brushes with those larger particle paints. The finer particle paints, I find, are fine, but it is best to avoid using your best brushes anyway. Please be aware that ALL SPECIALTY METALLIC, GLITTERY, OR MICA PAINTS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO DAMAGE BRUSHES. The chunky glitter paints WILL fray your brush hairs a bit. I have a dedicated set of brushes for my own specialty paints as well as a set dedicated for chunky glitters only.
- For best color shifting or vibrant effect, use on dark surfaces. Dark paper or dark painted areas will show vibrance best. However, use on white paper had a unique effect all its own.
