Due to fluctuations in shipping patterns, shipping times may vary and your package may be delayed. Once the package is out of our hands, the shipping times are out of my control. If you need to make any changes, please contact me before the package is shipped out. Once the package is shipped, I cannot make changes to your order. We are not responsible for reaching out to the carrier service for updates. However, if you have concerns about your shipment, feel free to reach out. Thank you for understanding.
We need the correct address! Auto-fill can be tricky so please double check your address. If your package doesn’t arrive due to the incorrect address being input, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. If it makes it back to us, you have the option of paying for shipping again and we will ship to your correct address.
Shipping is auto tracked with the exception of stickers. Your tracking number will be sent to you once I ship your order. Please note the tracking number may take a few days to update or activate.
We know how unlucky things can be sometimes. If you are one of the unlucky ones that receives a truly travel-damaged damaged product or never receives a product at all, please reach out!
