Unless otherwise stated in the product description on waterandwhimsyco.com, no returns or refunds on any products. All sales final. 

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us directly at waterandwhimsyco@gmail.com and we will work to resolve your issue to the best of our ability.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized/ handmade items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on items that have cosmetic imperfections related to the production process. We cannot accept returns on paints that have already been used or unpackaged. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We cannot exchange items once they are shipped. If you change your mind, please try to contact us before the item is shipped out. Please reach out with any questions.
