Mars Dust
Mars Dust
Mars Dust is a shimmery color shifting larger particle color with a shine that varies from mostly green to red and even a silvery color in some light.
Similar to Martian Storm, the pigment particles themselves are not very dense on white and can be a bit streaky when diluted. The glitter particles are more dense and really pack on easily on black. It is a color that behaves a bit differently, so I recommend some practice swatches.
Caution: This is considered a chunky glitter paint. Chunky glitters are large particles that can damage brush bristles. Please keep this in mind when selecting brushes. I have a cheaper brush set dedicated to chunk glitters!
Inspired by photos that beam to Earth from the Curiosity Rover on Mars showing swirling dust across the red planet.
